Approx 13 km 3.5 hrs plus stops.  Hilly walking good views, some bush baching, mainly on forestry tracks, part through  pine plantations. Bring lunch, boots, hat water.  Available option is to camp at Ceda Grove Camping Area on Saturday night, usually very cold in July but invigorating in the morning.  Otherwise meet at CHCA at 8.30 am.  Turn off Bruce Highwy at Traverston Crossing Road, 7km to Amamoor, and then 12 km to CGCA
